Capital A Productions requires anyone who is going to be driving any company-owned vehicle or truck to have a valid Driver's License and valid DOT Physical.
If you have a valid DOT Card please send a digital copy along with your driver's license to caitlin@capitalaproductions.com, or you can bring them to the office so Caitlin can make a copy for our records.
If you would like to obtain a DOT card, so you can drive the truck, Capital A Productions will be more than happy to cover the cost to obtain one.
Just go to any location that is certified to conduct a DOT physical. Concentra Urgent Care in Garden City is a good location that some of the guys have gone to.

To be reimbursed, please bring back the physical card as well as the receipt, and we will be happy to reimburse you. Once we have a copy of your DOT card and driver's license on file, we will have you watch the accompanying training video and then get you in the system so you can be scheduled to drive the truck.
