Meal Per Diem

Meal Per Diem (Part Time /Full Time) 

CAP will provide a Meal Per Diem when meals are not provided. To qualify for a per diem you must meet 1 of the following: 

•  Drive over 60 miles & stay overnight - $45 per day

•  Stayed overnight after working a job for Capital A Productions - $45 per day   

• Work 10 hr or more - $35 per day

To receive your per diem you will be required to fill out the Meal Per Diem Request form (HERE).  Requests must be submitted by 5 pm on Tuesday for the prior work week. If the Per Diem Request is not submitted by this date said employee forfeits the per diem. No back pay will be approved.  

Employees can submit the form by filling out the Google form HERE or via hard copy in the office. Forms are located on a clipboard in the front office to the right of the shop door. After filling out they can be deposited in the Meal Per Diem Request tray located on the shelves to the left of the restroom (see attached image for reference). The per diem will be applied to the corresponding job and paid within the corresponding pay period.
