Capital A Productions requires all employees, whether you are full-time, part-time, or freelance, to wear safety shoes or boots that must meet and or exceed the ANSI Z41 safety standard.
This means that on any job site and even while in the warehouse, no employee should wear any open-toed shoes or sandals of any kind.
It is the responsibility of every employee to protect themselves from foot-related injuries while on any company job site, in the office, and the company's warehouse at all times by being fully aware of their surroundings and the use of heavy equipment around them.
Be aware of all cases and ensure your feet are clear on casters at all times.
